of place of engagement: Auraria Campus –
Tivoli Student Union, Tivoli Turnhalle, 900 Auraria Parkway,
Denver, CO 80204.
Vendor Booths:
All fees are non-refundable. Parking is not included, Tivoli
Lot max $10, paid upon exit.
- $250 for two days (Friday and Saturday)
- $150 for one day (either Friday or Saturday)
Conference Days:
vending hours can be with the listed times below.
- Friday: 8am–12am
Saturday: 8am–6pm
Set up begins at 7am each morning. The Tivoli Turnhalle is
not secure. We do ask that you set up and take down each day.
You are advised to provide you own lock box. Volunteers are
in brown shirts to assist you the morning of check in.
You will be provided a 6ft by 2 ½ ft table and two
chairs (no table covers provided). Please let us know if you
have your own Display, as we need the dimensions.
NOTICE: All
vendors will be required to act in accordance with the Principles
of Unity at the time of check in. M.E.Ch.A.
de Auraria reserves the right to control the manner, means
and details of the services provided by the Vendor(s).
M.E.Ch.A. reserves the right to authorize and approve any
amplified audio. Permission to use amplified audio may be
revoked if it interferes with other activities and or other
vendors.
Vendor hereby assumes full liability and responsibility for
all injuries and/or property damages that are caused in whole
or in part by Vendor and/or Vendor's use of the location.
